Lookwell Investments have shared a detailed ‘Cleanbreeze Biogas Solutions’ masterplan with key stakeholders in the Democratic Republic of Congo that will transform waste management in major cities of the country.
During the presentation made by Chief Executive Officer Dr. Paul Mark Kayongo and the Investment Director and Company Secretary Peter Clinton Mutumba, top-level management of key ministries in the Democratic Republic of Congo and representatives of global partners such as World Bank were briefed on how Cleanbreeze Biogas Solutions would resolve challenges in waste management in the country.
DR Congo’s Honorable Minister for Environment, Sustainable Development and New Climate Economics Hon. Bahati Tito Arlette was among the dignitaries that attended the workshop held in Kinshasa in October.
CleanBreeze Biogas Solutions offers a robust and sustainable model for tackling waste management and energy challenges.

By integrating state-of-the-art anaerobic digestion technology with a strong focus on community involvement and strategic partnerships, CleanBreeze is set to transform waste into valuable resources —biogas and biofertilizers.
Lookwell Investments’ Investment Director and Company Secretary Peter Clinton Mutumba highlighted the project’s objectives and benefits.
